I was born and raised in California. I spent a few years living in Honolulu, Hawaii and Branson, Missouri. I have a BA in Psychology from California State University, Stanislaus.

Where I Live

I live and work in the Portland Area, Oregon, USA. I am an analyst for a large corporation. I love the weather and the scenery here, and I'm lucky to be married to a beautiful Oregon native.

GENEALOGY

View the Ohio Valley Price Family Genealogical Research listing roughly 32,000 individuals, centering on the surnames, PRICE, HICKMAN, KEENER, GRIM(M), and STEWART in Monroe and Belmont County, OH, Wetzel and Tyler Counties, WV, and Greene County, PA from 1760 to 1860. The five counties are all adjacent to each other with the Ohio River running down the middle.

MUSHing

MUSH is an acronym which stands for Multiple User Shared Hallucination. A MUSH is a virtual world in which people may interact in real time with each other, usually playing out roles based on themes from books or movies. My wife and I run OneRing Mush at tangled.floop.com 9876. It is a Hobbit-theme mush, set in Middle Earth at the end of “The Hobbit”, by J.R.R. Tolkien. Rhys - Dunedain Ranger - Arnor

I have been several characters at Elendor. First there was Erilin, a Sinda elf from Imladris who moved to Amon Thranduil. Later I was asked to become Gaeros, a Silvan elf, and Chief of the Traders, as well as Master of Celebannon. Eventually, I was awarded a feature, Elured, Prince of Doriath, Son of Dior, and Heir of Thingol. Upon leaving Amon Thranduil, I was invited to become a Dunedain Ranger, Aralan. Aralan was killed in a fight with a troll. You can read the roleplay log of his last moments. He was later resurrected as Aralan's cousin, Rhys, Dunedain Ranger and Captain of Weathertop. What's in a name?

Not exactly stock!

My favorite car, and one that I don't mind spending my time working on. It has a 362 c.i.d. V-8 (5.7+ Liter) engine and a four speed manual transmission. I have restored the interior and rebuilt the engine and suspension. It has seen 130 mph and had more to go, but I ran out of resolve. I'm on several Corvette mail lists.
